Coaching

"We're all learners, doers and teachers" Richard Bach

Coaching is the opportunity to put it all into practice and reach towards your goals

In a business setting Coaching is helping someone perform a skill or solve a problem better than they would otherwise have been able to; It's Bringing about improvements at work, especially where a change in performance is required.

The potential of coaching to help individuals realise their capabilities is immeasurable. We work with individuals and small groups or teams providing coaching at different points in peoples' lives:

  • People seeking a career or job change,
  • Unemployed job seekers,
  • People looking and planning to move on or up in their careers or People wanting to do better at what they do.

Diverse Matters Coaches have particular expertise and understanding of the barriers and opportunities some people face due to background and circumstance. Of note is our work with disabled people and people of Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background.

But our work is not limited to these groups or individual's, in fact, we have found great potential and benefits for Directors and Executives through a 'Reverse Mentoring' relationship with the Fr3edom Coaching & Mentoring Network of Disabled People:

The harder I work the luckier I become.
