Overview
Pami Loomba
A lawyer by profession, Pami has over 20 years experience in Human Rights Law including, Race Relations, Disability, Equality and Diversity. She is CIPD qualified and a Professional Coach. Her work has been deeply rooted in resistance to social injustice and her focus always on empowering people to make their own life choices and fulfil their maximum potential.
Pami draws on her extensive law background to advocate personal development and learning in an inclusive and proactive way. As a BME woman with a disability and now challenged with post polio syndrome Pami is used to facing and overcoming barriers in her life using them as opportunities for personal growth. She has particular interest in coaching people to self manage their health and long term conditions as well as training health professional to coach their patients in self care strategies.
Pami coaches individuals towards personal and lasting change and develops groups and teams through training supporting their business and development goals. She adds significant value through her coaching services and training. With a creative and innovative style she ensures her audiences are engaged and inspired.

Nottingham City Council engaged Diverse Matters Ltd. to deliver 90 minute programmes for managers and employees. With a practical focus on the Social Model of disability these events strike a balance of challenge and support and give staff the confidence and strategies they need to improve service delivery and team working.
